The low-emission zone of Reutlingen is relatively large. Not only does it include the entire municipality of Reutlingen itself, but also Eningen just to the east lies within the low-emission zone. More than 100.000 inhabitants make Reutlingen one of the larger cities in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. Very characteristic for the region are the many half-timbered houses in the historical city center. A few medieval church towers are worth seeing as well. The Spreuerhofstraße is an interesting tourist attraction. With the width of only 31 centimeters, it is often described as the narrowest street in the world.
